Client Testimonial | Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo, May 2019

This was our first time visiting Cayó Guillermo. Cayó Guillermo is located in Jardines del Rey, it’s neighboring beaches include Cayó Coco and Playa Pilar. ☀️ 

We are so glad we chose Cayó Guillermo as our destination this year. Absolutely beautiful beaches, turquoise water and white sand. The resort is also gorgeous, we stayed in Gran Muthu. Very modern, clean, and spacious rooms. Of course the infinity pool is highly popular. I must admit it is nice to over look the ocean from the pool area. The staff and customer service is superb.👌 I worked in the hotel industry for two years after high school and I’m highly observant on customer service. A smile, greeting, and overall positive attitude goes a loooooong way. The staff is super friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. I want to give a shout out to Yoan in the buffet restaurant who was very accommodating to our vegetarian diet. Mikah and I enjoyed our delicious vegetarian pasta dishes. He always had a smile on and was very patient when Mikah would order in Spanish. Juan at the beach bar was great, knew Maynor’s drink after the second day, lol. Daniela, part of the entertainment team is super sweet, she gave Aquiles and Mikah Spanish lessons. We’re very proud of the boys, this trip they really pushed themselves to speak to the staff in Spanish even if they made mistakes. Boy, the weather was hot (no complaints, we soaked up every bit of it) it was nice to have a Sports bar and bowling ally to go to and cool off so that we wouldn’t burn too much in the sun. Gorge who was our Hola Sun Tour guide on our excursion to Morón (pics to follow) shared many interesting historical facts about Cuba and Hemingway which I did not know. You know I love my history! Great tour guide. 👍
